George Dew brings a firm knowledge of the private and public sectors to the Soteryx Portfolio. George owned and operated a computer networking and cyber security consulting company. He has vast amounts of experience in computer networking systems, network infrastructure, firewalls, domain and user security policies, compliance, Windows servers, Linux servers, database management, lightweight programming, and cybersecurity practices.

In addition to his experience in technology and cyber security, George served as an officer in the United States Navy. In the Navy, he completed Basic Underwater Demolition/Seal (BUD/S) training, and served a total of six years, with tours at SDV Team ONE, and SEAL Team Four. Following his Navy service, he received his MBA from Georgetown University, worked briefly in corporate finance on Wall Street, and then joined the Central Intelligence Agency's (CIA) clandestine service.

George has an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University. He is also certified as a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu instructor, and speaks Spanish and French, and has a basic understanding of Cantonese and Mandarin.
